Project H.O.P.E. provides
therapeutic services for children 3-18 years with severe learning needs,
including communication, cognitive, self-help, social-emotional and/or behavioral
difficulties. Project H.O.P.E. provides adaptive physical education, group music and art therapy to promote
the development of communication and life skills.
Project H.O.P.E. currently operates in the following community schools:
Brentwood School
Central Bow Valley School
Crowther Memorial Junior High School
Westmount Elementary School
Wheatland Elementary School
Strathmore High School
Children from other community schools receive therapy at Westmount Elementary
School
Project H.O.P.E. provides therapy during the regular school day as we know
that children are most alert and able to effectively learn during the hours
of 8:00 - 4:00
Project H.O.P.E. depends on community and corporate funding to operate.
We are actively seeking additional funding partnerships. |
